Arca is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand with a beautifully designed site that was quietly losing revenue to checkout abandonment. Our brief: find and fix every conversion leak.
Process
Session recordings analysis (12 000 sessions), exit-intent surveys, and 10 moderated checkout usability tests identified 23 friction points. We triaged and redesigned the top 8.
Outcome
Checkout abandonment dropped 38% in the first 30 days post-launch. Average order value increased 12% due to a redesigned upsell moment.
