Complete UX overhaul of a patient-facing health tracking platform, reducing task time by 47%.
Overview
HealthSync is used by 80 000+ patients to monitor chronic conditions. The legacy interface had a 62% task-abandonment rate on key flows. We were brought in to fix it.
Process
Two rounds of contextual inquiry in clinics, 8 expert interviews, and a full heuristic audit. We restructured the IA from scratch, collapsing 7 navigation sections to 3.
Outcome
Moderated usability tests showed a 47% reduction in task completion time. Drop-off on the medication log flow fell from 62% to 11%.
