Nexia AI Platform

Overview

Nexia is a conversational AI platform built for enterprise teams. The challenge was to make complex LLM interactions feel natural and human ??? reducing cognitive load while surfacing deep capabilities.

Process

We started with a 3-week discovery sprint, interviewing 18 power users across 4 enterprise clients. Affinity mapping revealed three dominant mental models: "chat," "command," and "pipeline." The final design accommodates all three.

Outcome

Task completion rate improved by 34% in A/B tests. The design system was shipped as a Figma component set with auto-layout + variables, ready for the engineering team to implement in React.
