Overview
Voya helps solo travellers discover off-the-beaten-path destinations through curated itineraries and community-generated content. We owned the full 0???1 UX: research, IA, wireframes, prototype, and handoff.
Process
Competitive benchmarking across 9 travel apps, followed by diary studies with 12 frequent travellers over two weeks. Key insight: users want inspiration, not just logistics ??? the incumbent apps got this backwards.
Outcome
The prototype scored a SUS of 84. Booking intent in usability testing increased 3?? compared to the previous MVP.
