The Challenge

Bloom Wellness had a flagship landing page with strong brand visuals but a 2.1% click-through rate on the primary CTA ??? well below the industry benchmark for a SaaS wellness product.

My Approach

Heatmap analysis showed users engaged heavily with the testimonials section but rarely scrolled far enough to reach the CTA. I restructured the above-the-fold section: moved social proof up, made the value proposition concrete and specific, and redesigned the CTA button with urgency and relevant context.

The Impact

CTR on the primary CTA rose by 31% in the first two weeks post-launch, without any changes to copy or ad spend. Bounce rate on the landing page also dropped by 18%.
