Heatmap analysis showed users engaged heavily with the testimonials section but rarely scrolled far enough to reach the CTA. I restructured the above-the-fold section: moved social proof up, made the value proposition concrete and specific, and redesigned the CTA button with urgency and relevant context.
CTR on the primary CTA rose by 31% in the first two weeks post-launch, without any changes to copy or ad spend. Bounce rate on the landing page also dropped by 18%.
