The Challenge

Booking a service required navigating six separate screens before confirming. Mid-flow drop-offs were high, especially on mobile where the back-and-forth felt endless.

My Approach

I reframed the flow around progressive disclosure: the most common selections (service type, time slot) surfaced first, and secondary options collapsed behind a single tap. A persistent summary drawer let users review and confirm everything at a glance without backtracking.

The Impact

Prototype testing confirmed task completion in 3?? fewer interactions. The redesigned flow shipped in eight weeks and became the new mobile booking standard across all service categories.
