A seller analytics dashboard for Meesho ??? from zero to production in 14 weeks ??? giving sellers actionable product signals for the first time.
Meesho sellers had no visibility into which products were performing and why. Decisions were made on intuition, with no data-backed guidance tool available on the platform.
Starting with eight contextual interviews with sellers, I mapped the key decisions they made daily ??? which products to restock, which to price-drop. I then designed an analytics dashboard that surfaced actionable signals rather than raw data, with weekly summaries and one-tap insights.
The app went from concept to shipped in 14 weeks. Early-access sellers reported spending 40% less time guessing and more time acting on clear product signals, with a measured 22% increase in restocking accuracy.
